Oregon Divorce Court Costs: What am I going to pay? Court costs refer to charges that the court imposes before it will take your papers and before any hearing will be held. The filing fees throughout the counties are now standardized, and the cost for filing for divorce is $273 as of January 2015. For a modification, the filing fee is $15O as of January 2015.
