Senior Associate Attorney
Heidi relocated from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Oregon in the fall of 2017 to be near her daughter who is a graduate of Oregon State University with a master’s degree in Forest Ecosystems and Wildlife Biology. She also has an adult son who is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. She grew up in central Pennsylvania.
Heidi is a seasoned family lawyer in practice for over thirty-five (35) years. During that time, she was also a Hearing Officer where she adjudicated child and spousal support claims.
Heidi concentrates her practice in the area of family law, including but not limited to divorce, support, custody, domestic violence, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Her focus has been, and remains, helping clients transition through what is often the most difficult time in their lives. She is excited to continue using her skills to assist Oregon families through this challenging time.
Heidi received her Oregon license to practice law in early 2017. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section, Oregon Women Lawyers and Multnomah County Bar Association. Heidi was an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section and Allegheny County Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Heidi was appointed as a neutral for the United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania and has been a member of both state and national alternative dispute resolution sections. She is a past member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Association for Conflict Resolution. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania. She has written and been a presenter for several continuing legal education family law programs for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
Heidi has completed numerous alternative dispute resolution programs including the Pepperdine University School of Law – Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She is trained in mediation and has had a successful mediation practice in a addition to her practice of law. Heidi is a graduate of Penn State University and Duquesne University School of Law.
Heidi enjoys being a new member of the Oregon community and appreciates the hiking, bicycling, snowshoeing, fishing and all of the wonderful outdoor activities this beautiful state has to offer.
Heidi is a current member of the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners.
